Constant started with a simple observation: Audits were harder than they needed to be. After years of working with organisations across different industries, we kept seeing the same problems appear again and again. Scattered evidence, duplicated effort, unclear responsibilities, inconsistent processes and unnecessary stress. Audit and compliance work mattered, but the way it was being managed was often slow, fragmented, and painful. That frustration began as a conversation between two brothers with one passion. One brought deep experience in audit, governance, and compliance. The other brought a background in software engineering. What began as a founder idea is now delivered as a product of Steltek Pty Ltd, supported by a broader Australian technical team that keeps compliance visible, manageable, and provable.
